Beauty and Ilebaye in Another Fight

BBNaija Level Up has given us with a lot of drama, and the developing ships that appear to be taking centre stage are at the centre of these bust-ups.

The relationship between Beauty and Groovy is one that has recently attracted attention. Everyone in the House seemed to agree that Beauty and Groovy are a couple, despite the fact that they have not explicitly stated their relationship. This duo looks amazing together. However, this ship has produced several stressful situations that likewise pose a risk of spilling into Level 1.

Many people in Level 2 think the argument between Ilebaye and Beauty this afternoon in the Garden over “unwashed dishes” was completely unrelated to the kitchen or cleanliness.

The argument between the two—who also got into an altercation in the wee hours of Sunday—began when Beauty responded to Ilebaye’s request for Housemates to wash their dishes after meals. Ilebaye ordered Beauty to “shut up,” to which the latter objected.

Christy O explained to Ilebaye during the drama’s analysis that she had overreacted to Beauty’s statement and that it appeared as though she was being attacked. She added that Beauty might have a problem with Ilebaye because she feels smitten with Groovy. Ilebaye said that she could never have a relationship with him, not even outside the House.

Amaka and Phyna, who shared the belief that the argument was about Groovy, however, pulled Beauty to the side. She was cautioned by the girls not to let her affection for Groovy impair her judgement. “Ilebaye’s crush on Groovy is the root of everything, and it’s catching on throughout the House. It will appear like you are much more into him than he is into you if you continue to respond in this manner. You’ll appear to be a problematic girlfriend. Bear in mind who you are. You are the 2019 Miss Nigeria “she was informed.

While all of this was happening on Level 2, it appeared that a parallel story was growing on Level 1 and also including Groovy, the guy of the moment.

Today, Chichi and Chomzy shared a private moment on the couch when they discussed numerous problems in the House. Chichi admitted throughout their talk that she liked Groovy and wasn’t interested in any guys on her level. In an unexpected turn of events, Chomzy, who had remained silent when Chichi declared her love for Groovy, later that day confessed the same to Deji.

Deji had asked who she liked in Level 2 and she mentioned Groovy, to which Deji replied “The same guy Chichi likes?” Chomzy, knowing this may possibly cause some drama, responded by telling him: “Don’t tell her o!” 😂 Although Chomzy says she’s no longer interested because she found out Groovy is with Beauty, imagine when Chichi realises Chomzy also has an interest in the same man? 👀 Wahala go full everywhere o! 🤣

Later on in Level 2, in a heated exchange under the covers, Beauty confronted Groovy and told him not to ever again bring up her name in conversation with Daniella and Ilebaye. “I understand that Daniella and Ilebaye are your pals, but please avoid mentioning my name around them. Daniella may still be with Ilebaye, but I’m done with her. I’m finished, “Having told him.

She also told him it was best that they not sleep in the same bed again. During this conversation, Groovy apologised profusely and said he would make sure today’s events never happen again.  “I feel like you are overthinking this thing, but I am going to set boundaries. Things will be different I promise,” he said.

Whatever the case may be, we can’t help but notice Groovy is unwittingly at the centre of altercations on Level 2, and maybe the subject of another in Level 1 in the future.
