Big Brother Merges Level 1 & Level 2 Houses

Biggie’s Level Up Season plans were kept under wraps as 24 Housemates were presented over two days star-studded Live Shows in the hopes of winning the highly sought Grand Prize of N100m in rewards. The 24 contestants were divided among two Levels to form the Level Up House. Big Brother Naija fans across the continent and in the UK watched Housemates living separately, occasionally meeting up for Arena Games and the Saturday Night Party, and finally swapping Houses, as it aired on two networks; DStv Channels 198 and 199, and on Showmax.

They now all live in the same House, and it’s going to be an exciting time for them as they coexist after weeks of being competitors. To commemorate the merger, here are all of the significant interactions between Housemates from both Levels.

Level 2 Housemates suspected there were others in Biggie’s House before their initial meeting. These suspicions were sparked by the card game they played before entering the House. Their suspicions were verified when they met for the first time at the first Head of House Games, which Eloswag won.

There was excitement in the air as Housemates finally met and competed. Sheggz was overjoyed to see Groovy, with whom he had been matched during the pre-show card game. Dotun was partnered with Kess, Beauty with Doyin, Diana with Amaka, Chomzy with Ilebaye, Adekunle with Cyph, Chichi with Phyna, Allysyn with Daniella, Khalid with Hermes, and Bella with Christy O. The Housemates were assigned to a Level based on the outcome of the game.

The Housemates reunited for the first Saturday Night Party sponsored by Guinness Nigeria, but with the Party spirit in the air, some memorable memories were produced. Doyin and Cyph, in particular, exchanged an intimate kiss, making Cyph Doyin’s favourite Housemate in the Game. The farewells during the Saturday Night Party were equally memorable. Housemates became friends with those on the other Level, such as Diana and Amaka, Eloswag and Phyna, Cyph and Doyin, and there was never a good time to say goodbye.

Doyin couldn’t wait for another chance to see her guy crush, and the second HoH Challenge would provide just that. She couldn’t help but smile as she locked her gaze on the unwitting Cyph.

As fate would have it, Cyph’s eventual Eviction rocked Doyin’s world and made her sad, especially since both Cyph and Beauty had left the House, and she had also developed a great liking for Beauty, with whom she had been paired during the card game. Beauty got disqualified from Level Up show.

The same night Doyin learned of the Disqualification of her bestie and the Eviction of her bae, the Housemates were swapped. Level 1 Housemates were moved to the multicoloured apartment and Level 2 Housemates moved into their neighbour’s abode. Bryann was not impressed with the state of the House, especially the bathroom. Amaka said the state of the bedroom will be giving them nightmares. Although they were happy they live in what they called a mansion, the mansion occupants did not take care of it.

The fam all live in the same House like one big happy family, and we can only hope that with Hermes’ love for the broom, they can keep their home as orderly as possible.

When you think you’d seen it all! The way these season 7 ladies are hustling for men. So Diana almost got into a scrap with Rachel over Giddifia. 😂
