Zee closely trailed behind, with the ladies advancing to the final round of games, a position fiercely contested by McJunior.

Throughout the week themed around facing fears, the housemates engaged in four challenging games, testing their courage and determination for immunity. The challenges went beyond conquering eggs, a slimy worm jar, icy water, and live crickets; they were about overcoming personal fears. Mpumi’s exceptional bravery earned her the coveted title and immediate immunity. When selecting her Head of House room companion, Mpumi contemplated a solo experience but ultimately chose to invite her former sister-wife, Liema.

The HoH games were succeeded by the Live Nominations show.

The initial nominations included Els, Jareed, Lerato Modise, Liema, Makhekhe, McJunior, Sinaye, Willy, and Yolanda. Big Brother eliminated the save-and-replace mechanism and introduced the Fate Room. Housemates had the opportunity to play two games that could alter the fate of the nominated individuals. In the first round, they had to pick a red marble from a Lucky Dip Box filled with blue marbles. Willy successfully selected the red marble, advancing to the second round in the Fate Room.
