Big Brother brought a new twist for today’s eviction show. The Host Ebuka didn’t waste time before crossing to the BBNaija house to ask Pere to leave the house. As you know this season is Shine Ya Eye, Pere has not been evicted from the show. Pere and Angel were moved into the white house to play the game of trucks and screwdrivers. Who ever wins the game will join the remaining housemates to make up the top 5 of this season. The game will be played and the winner will join rest of the housemates in the house.

Following the twist, Ebuka went back to the house to carry out the actual eviction. Queen is the first housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother Naija house this week making her the 18^th housemate to be evicted from the show this season. According to her, she was shocked with the eviction stating that she came into the house with the goal of winning the grand prize. Life after the show for her will be into developing her brand and improving her charity project.

Nini

The second housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house is Nini. She was excited to be out of the house and finally meet her family again. Speaking on her relationship with fellow housemate Saga, she disclosed that she does not have any attachment with him other than friendship and sees him as someone she’s free to talk with and helped her cope while in the Big Brother house being that she hasn’t been far from her family this long. Nini’s plan after the Big Brother show will be to focus on expanding her fashion brand and her other businesses.

Saga is the third housemate to be evicted from the BBNaija show. He feels excited to have gotten this far in the show. He looks forward to continuing his friendship with Nini outside the house. BBNaija 2021 Week 8 Head of House Game

With 11 housemates remaining in the Big Brother house, the housemates will once again battle it out for immunity for the week in the Head of House game. Who will wear the crown this evening?

The Head of House game this week is the same with the one of previous weeks and the housemates were quite familiar with the game. To start the game, each housemate is required to roll a 6 dice and move from different steps according to each dice rolled subsequently till step 35 which is the last. The housemate that moved farthest will be crowned winner of the game and will be the Head of House for the week. 1min 30secs is the time allotted for each housemate to complete the game.

The Head of House game winner will be rewarded with 250 Abeg naira and 200 BB coins. He will also be rewarded with immunity from nomination for the week and also unrestricted access to the Big Brother lounge. The runner-up will be rewarded with the veto power i.e., will be able to save a nominated housemate from nomination and replace with another. As always, Head of House Emmanuel is not permitted to participate in today’s game but will assist Big Brother in arranging the steps.

Emmanuel gained immunity following his victory in the Head of House game while Pere used his veto power he won for finishing second in the head of house game to save himself and replace with Queen.

BBNaija 2021 Week 7 Head of House Game

With the eviction shock over that saw the eviction of 4 housemates from the Big Brother house, the housemates will once again battle it out to gain immunity from nomination in the Head of House game.

There was a new twist to today’s Head of House game. The winner of the Head of House will gain immunity from eviction for the week. The housemate who comes second in the game will be rewarded with the veto power. He will have the power to save a housemate that is up for eviction and replace with another.

Each housemate was given 1min 30secs to complete the 35-step game. Pere who was serving Biggie’s 2 weeks punishment is now eligible to participate in today’s game and will also be eligible to enjoy the Head of House privileges such as veto power.

Jackie B and Jaypaul who are the incumbent Double Head of House are not eligible to participate in today’s game and are automatically up for eviction this week following their nomination by the housemates.

Today’s Sunday live eviction show saw the eviction of four(4) housemates from the Big Brother house. This is how viewers voted for their favourite housemate.

Tega is the first housemate to be evicted from the show this week. Following her eviction, she stated that she was excited to have survived in the house for 6 weeks. She also revealed that she misses her son and husband and will definitely miss Boma. She disclosed that she had no relationship with Boma other than friendship and what happened between them is just a script both of them acted out. Her next agenda after the show will be to focus on her business.

Michael

The second housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house this week is Michael. He revealed that he is still trying to process his experience in the Big Brother house and his eviction. On his relationship with Jackie B, he disclosed that he looks forward to having a relationship with her outside the house. His next step after the show will be to focus on his music career.

Peace

Peace is the third housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house. Following her eviction, she disclosed she saw her eviction coming. She said she didn’t pursue any relationship in the house and her relationship with Michael is just friendship with no strings attached. After the show she will be focusing more on her fashion brand but will also like to go into a lot of other things especially a career in the movie industry.

Boma

The fourth and final housemate to leave the Big Brother house this week is Boma. He disclosed his relationship with Tega is all friendship. He said his intention was not to attach himself with any girl in the Big Brother house. His next step will be to focus on movie production and focus more on his acting career.

BBNaija 2021 Week 6 Head of House Game (30 August)

After the intense and shocking eviction of three housemates from the Big Brother Naija show last night, the housemates once again battle it out to win the Head of House game and gain immunity from nomination this week. 16 housemates participated in the Head of House game today. The incumbent Head of House Liquorose is not eligible to participate in today’s game but will assist Big Brother in organizing and resetting the game. Pere is still serving his punishment and he is barred from today’s game and from enjoying any head of house privileges for the week

Today’s game was quite different from the previous ones which involves 35 steps that each housemate must complete within 60 seconds. Big Brother decided to change the game to make it quite interesting for the housemates. The head of house game and the nomination for this week was rolled into one. Two housemates will emerge winner of the head of house game, a male and female. Both housemates will be crowned winner of the game and will have exclusive access to the big brother lounge and gain immunity for the week. All remaining 15 housemates will be up for eviction for the week.

Today’s game involves 5 challenges that each housemate must complete within 2mins, 30secs. Saga was the first housemate to start the challenge. He got to the pool challenge (3) where he is required to search for 2 keys among 40 keys which is placed in the pool with foul smell but he could not proceed above this challenge.

Peace, Yousef, Cross, Nini and Whitemoney got to the poll challenge and they found one key out of the two before they ran out of time.

Queen was able to find two Keys in the poll but luck was not on her side as she could not drop the key in the bucket provided by Big Brother before she ran out of time.

Following the nomination, here are the housemates with the highest number of nominations and are now up for eviction this week. The Head of House Liquorose used her veto power to save Peace and replaced her with Cross.

Liquourose Wins BBNaija 2021 Head of House Game (Week 5)

As always, the housemates were given 60 sec to complete the challenge or move further than every other housemate. For today’s game, the housemates were required to row a six dice to begin the game. The incumbent Head of House Maria was not permitted to participate in the game instead she will assist Big Brother in organizing the game.

Big Brother commended Maria’s effort for executing her task of pranking the housemates within the week. Big Brother promised to reward her with Abeg naira within the week. Liquorose and Peace are still barred from the Head of House lounge for the week following their infringement of the Big Brother lounge rules. If they win the game, their victory will assure them Immunity for the week but they will live in the common room with rest of the housemates.

The first housemate to begin today’s game was Queen, however, she was only able to make it to step 10. Michael on the other hand was unlucky as he stopped at step 8 which has the game over tag meaning his game is over and should try again next week. Liquorose was able to make it past to step 15 which was enough to give her the victory for the week.

Congratulations to Liquorose. She has now won immunity for the week and will be required to save any housemate up for eviction and replace with another.

BBNaija Week 4 Sunday Live Eviction Show (August 22)

During the week, Big Brother informed the Head of House Maria she will be required to nominate 2 housemates that lesast impress her for fake Eviction. Also she will be required to nominate 6 housemates that less impress her to pack their bags to the store room on Sunday afternoon.

Today Maria revealed the names of the 6 housemates that least impress her for the week. Here are the names;

During the Live Eviction show, Maria named JMK and Yousef as the two housemates that least impress her. However, Ebuka the host of the Sunday live show informed the housemates that they are safe for the week and it was all a prank nomination.

There was a new twist to this week nomination. No nomination was done this week and no eviction will be done on Sunday therefore, there will be no public votes. However, the head of House Maria was given the task to convince the housemates that Big Brother gave her the privilege of nominating two housemates that least impresses her for eviction this week. She was however cautioned not to disclose this eviction prank to any of the housemates not even her Deputy Head of House. Big Brother provided her with a note pad and a pen to put down a scoring method for the housemates to portrail her point.

The Twist

1. There will be no nominations this week.
2. There will be no public voting.
3. There will be no evictions on Sunday.
4. Maria has been asked to keep point 3 a secret.
5. Maria will have to convince the housemates that Biggie has scrapped today’s nominations and has given her the absolute power to evict two housemates on Sunday.
6. Maria has to convince the house that the housemates who least impress her will be evicted.
7. Maria has to tell them that she’ll create a scoring/ranking system for the housemates.
8. “Please do not turn them to slaves”, Biggie says.
9. Maria has to make sure she convinces the housemates to believe this prank.
10. She has been provided with a notepad and pen to score/rank the housemates to portray her point.
11. Success on this task will come with a reward, and failure will have consequences.

Maria Wins BBNaija 2021 Week 4 Head of House (August 16)

Today’s Head of House Game was the same with other weeks. All 19 participating housemates are required to complete the 35 steps game in 60 seconds. The incumbent head of house Pere is not qualified to participate in today’s game. The winner of the game will be immune to nomination and will have the privilege to nominate a deputy. The winner and the deputy will also have exclusive access to the Big Brother lounge

Maria, Liquorose and Peace are barred from the Head of House lounge because they bridged the Head of House lounge rules. However, they will be allowed to participate in the game. If any of them wins, they will gain immunity from nomination but will live in the common room and not the Head of House lounge.

From the result, Maria emerged winner of today’s game and has now gained immunity from nomination this week. Due to her punishment, she will not have access to luxury of the Big Brother lounge. Congratulation to Maria!

In today’s live eviction show, two housemates with the least number of votes will be evicted among the 6 nominated housemates. Recall that during the Monday night nomination, the housemates nominated 6 housemates for possible eviction.

The first housemate to be evicted from the show on week 3 is Arin. She got the least number of votes from viewers among the nominated housemates.

Well, we knew it was coming – it is a Big Brother Naija Eviction Show, after all. With a total of six Housemates up for Eviction, though, what we couldn’t know was how many of them were going to be sent packing. It was always going to be at least one, but it could have been all of them.

Pere Wins Week 3 Head of House Game

Big Brother Naija Delta born season 6 housemate Pere has emerged winner of the Head of House game for week 3 following his stunning performance in today’s game. Tonight’s Head of House game is the 3^rd for this season. 17-housemates took part in today’s game. Boma who is the current Head of House is not qualified to partake in today’s game.

All 17 partaking housemates are required to complete the 35-step game in 60 secs. Housemate who completes the game with the lowest time will be declared winner. The 4 new housemates Michael, Kayvee, JMK and Queen were excluded from today’s game but allowed to watching and observe while other housemates compete.

The winner of the game will be crowned the Head of House for the week; will be immune from nomination and will have exclusive access to the Big Brother lounge with the deputy.

The first housemate to compete in today’s game was Cross. Luck wasn’t on his side as he was only able to make it to step 6 before he was buzzed out. Whitemoney on the other hand made it to step 15 but the tag on step 15 is game over which is automatic disqualification. Pere rowed 6 dice on his first attempt and progressed to step 25 which was enough to seal the victory for this week.

Kayvee

Kayvee, 26, is originally from Ogun State and now lives in Lagos, where he works as a photographer. Football, partying, and playing cards are some of his favorite pastimes.

He thinks he’s creative and entertaining, and that people think he’s attractive. Kayvee considers the opportunity to shoot one of Nigeria’s top musicians to be a career highlight.

While he enjoys experimenting with hairstyles and colors, he claims that street harassment has put a damper on this area of his life.

Michael

Some of the adjectives Michael uses to describe himself are “bad guy with charm” and “open minded.” This 28-year-old musician and aspiring filmmaker was born in Lagos and relocated to the United States as a youngster, but now calls Abuja home.

Michael, who describes himself as a “curious participant of life,” enjoys exploring new hobbies and individuals with an open mind, and says he is committed to become the greatest version of himself. Being a product of two distinct civilizations, America and Nigeria, he feels, has given him a unique perspective on life that many people would connect to.

In his free time, you will find Ebuka writing, creating music or pursuing his interests in cinematography.

Michael spends his leisure time writing, making music, and following his cinematography hobbies.

JMK

Full name: Jumoke Zainab Adedoyin

A 23-year-old law graduate from Kwara State, JMK has aspirations of becoming a certified member of the Nigerian Bar. Apart from music, dancing and traveling, she enjoys cooking and the simple pleasures of life.

She describes herself as “a sexy, confident and adventurous foodie” who loves to help people.

She believes her presence in the Big Brother Naija House will help build her brand and will help position her to advance further in her career.

In addition, she wants the exposure and life changing experience that the platform provides, to assist in her advocacy for social issues.

Full name: Queen Mercy Atang

Queen, a philanthropist and aspiring politician, is 26 years old. She is from Akwa Ibom State, and she has three lovely siblings and a mother she adores.

She is an international beauty queen and a Tansian University graduate. Queen considers herself to be “beautiful, bold, and fearless,” and believes that growing up with a single mother taught her a lot about life.

She considers herself a real leader and an outstanding communicator who is extremely calculating, loyal, and tranquil. She is an ambitious and driven person who appreciates everyone around her.

BBNaija Week 1 Sunday Live Show (1 August, 2021)

Today’s first Sunday live eviction show for 2021 housemates was centered on the two wildcards (fake housemates) and how the rest housemates went on trying to figure them out.

Earlier today, Big Brother called each of the housemates except the head of house (Peace) into the diary room to vote the two fake housemates are among them. Recall that Big Brother introduced two fake housemates into the show and the housemates were required to figure them out. If the housemates guess correctly, the two wildcards will be evicted from the show. Big Brother called out the results which showed that the housemates voted Jaypaul and Liquorose as the two fake housemates with both having 10 votes each. The housemates failed to nominate the two correct wildcards (Maria and Pere) and will both remain in the show and compete for the 90-million-naira grand prize and they will also have nomination edge over the rest housemates which will be revealed after the head of house game on Monday.

Biggie is known for always having something up his sleeve every season, as the Big Brother Naija OGs know, and we’re incredibly psyched about his first twist this season. Who’d have expected that among the 22 Shine Ya Eye guys and ladies, there are two Wildcards (Fake housemates)?

The Housemates will be challenged with figuring out who the Wildcards are on Sunday, and if they guess correctly, the two wildcards will be evicted. However, if they are unable to locate the appropriate Wildcards among them, the Wildcards will remain in the game and compete for the big prize (90 million naira). Do you think that’s all there is to this twist? Wrong! The joke is that if the Wildcards aren’t evicted on Sunday, they’ll have sole authority to nominate on Monday.

Head of House Game (Week 1)

All 22 housemates proceeded into the Big Brother arena to compete in the first Head of House games where the winner of the game will be crowned Head of House and will be entitled to unrestricted access to the Biggie lounge, a task to lead the house for one week and immunity from nomination for possible eviction this week. The winner will also have the liberty to pick a deputy Head of House to share the lounge with.

The housemates were required to complete a 35-steps game with different obstacles in selected steps they must overcome before they can proceed to the next step. The housemates are expected to complete the steps within an allotted time. Each housemate must row a dice of six before they can proceed into the game and must move according to the dice rowed. All housemates are expected to complete the game in 70 seconds.

Yerins was the first housemate to begin the game however luck was not on his side as he was only able to make it to step 4. Nini was able to make it to step 6 before she was buzzed out when her allotted time was exhausted. This is how the housemates performed.

At the end of the game, Peace emerged as the winner of the Head of House game for week one following her stunning 16 steps performance and she is now immune to nomination for the week and has exclusive access to Biggie’s lounge. Consequent to her victory and being the Head of House, she nominated Yousef as her deputy.
