All I Did Was to Love You, Cross Begs Angel

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye Housemate Cross, has pleaded with Angel to forgive him, claiming that his greatest sin was loving her.

He said this after the live eviction show on Sunday night, while the duo was in the red room with Pere.

Cross had apparently upset Angel, and she had been giving him the silent treatment for a few days without informing him of his transgression.

He had bowed down during the Saturday night party, begging Angel’s forgiveness, but she had kept her distance from him and refused to reciprocate.

During the live eviction event, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the host, also questioned Angel about why Cross was kneeling before her.

Angel admitted that Cross had insulted her, but she was hesitant to tell him what he had done.

After the show, Cross still approached Angel, begging for her forgiveness.

He said, My heart is clean and my heart is pure. All I did was to love you, that’s my biggest crime. Just to love you, that’s all. And if that’s a crime, I’d rather be in jail forever. Yes, I’ll be in jail.”

Pere told Cross, “In this case, you’re not in jail, you’re in prison; maximum security. You’ll be the only one talking to yourself in this maximum prison security that you’ve found yourself.”

Cross said, “I’ll be there. If loving you is the biggest crime that I have ever committed, for you to restrict me from having a conversation with you, to have our relationship back on track, let me go to jail.”

Angel remained in the room, brushing her hair, and making no comments to either of the males.

Angel and Cross had declared themselves bestfriends earlier in the week and had exchanged numerous kisses.

Cross is concerned that his ‘relationship’ with Angel may be jeopardized as a result of Angel’s recent cold shoulder.
