The show is now in the eight week and tensions in the remains high with the latest eviction of Abi and Araga. All remaining 12 housemates faced another round of nominations to reveal housemates that will be nominated for possible eviction this week. Here is how the nomination process unfolded.
Big Brother Naija 2026 Week 8 Nominations
This week, Big Brother decided to introduce a new twist to the nomination process. The Head of House was rewarded with the Ultimate Veto Power, which meant that the Head of House could influence the nominations. Barry emerged as the Head of House winner after edging past Keivo in the Head of House game.
Each housemate was given two minutes to pitch to Barry, the Head of House, explaining why they should be saved from the nominations.

The HoH holder Barry was required to save one housemate from possible eviction. He saved Aikou from the nomination list.

The following are the housemates nominated for eviction this week: Bells, Bluethopia, Chimsom Chuka, Flora, Keivo, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf.
