Kola Pulls Back from Dede, Says Heโs Done Chasing Mixed Signals
The emotional tension in Biggieโs house continues to rise, and this time itโs Kola whoโs found himself at a crossroads โ tangled in uncertainty, frustration, and unrequited energy when it comes to his connection with Dede.
Opening up to Imisi and Isabella, Kola admitted heโs feeling increasingly sidelined. Though Dede has made it clear that she has someone waiting outside the house, her close ties with other male housemates have left Kola uneasy.
โShe spends more time with everyone else, and Iโm just there,โ he vented.
Isabella, never one to mince words, didnโt hold back โ bluntly calling Dede a โgame player.โ Imisi followed up with some tough love, advising Kola to stop giving his energy to situations that arenโt serving him: โRespect yourself and step back.โ
And it seems heโs ready to do just that. In separate chats with Mide and later Bright Morgan, Kola confessed heโs planning to emotionally detach from Dede. While Mide didnโt say much, she did mention that Dede was open to having a conversation โ though whether that will mend the rift remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, Isabella stirred the pot further, revealing that Otega believes Dede is only pretending to be tough โ masking a more vulnerable side. But Kola isnโt buying it anymore. Frustrated, he told Isabella, โIโm too old for this emotional rollercoaster.โ
In a heart-to-heart with Bright Morgan, Kola laid his feelings bare, admitting that beyond the drama, what he really wants is a genuine connection in the house. When asked if he plans to cut off Dede completely, Kola said no โ but heโs also not going to keep stretching himself for someone who wonโt meet him halfway.
For now, heโs choosing self-respect over mixed signals โ and in Biggieโs house, that might be the smartest game move yet.
