Faith Apologizes to Imisi but Gets Only Silence – BBNaija Season 10.

The early hours of this morning saw yet another tense moment in the Big Brother Naija house as Faith attempted reconciliation with Imisi in the garden.

Imisi was seated by the yellow bus, braiding her hair, when Faith calmly approached her, saying he wanted to make peace. He admitted that in the real world, two people with their differences might simply go their separate ways. But inside the BBN housewhere they live in close quarters and even have lockers side by side hostility only breeds exhaustion..

Faith then made his case. He told her he was ready to let the past go, even willing to apologise. In fact, he offered to take the apology a step further by doing it in front of the entire house if that was what it would take.

But Imisi said nothing.

Faith pressed on. He told her that fine, they didn’t have to be friends, but he didn’t want to live with malice. At one point, he even pleaded “If you understand me, just nod, just blink.”

Still, silence.

The conversation then shifted to Faith’s missing slippers. He clarified that he didn’t believe she took them, because he expected better from her. Then, gently, he asked: “Or Imisi, am I wrong? Was it you?”

Again, she gave no reply.

(Meanwhile viewers already know the truth, Big Brother himself had asked Imisi to return the slippers in her Diary Session. Yet, she still hasn’t.)

At this point, Faith, visibly frustrated, admitted: “This conversation is really awkward. Maybe it’s best I leave.”

That was when Imisi finally moved—nodding.

Faith laughed lightly: “At least you’re nodding now.”

And then? Silence again.

The Bigger Picture

The incident has raised eyebrows among fans and sparked heated debates online. To many viewers, the irony is glaring: Faith (the aggrieved party) was the one stepping forward to make peace, even offering apologies. Yet Imisi, who has a track record of hiding his belongings (from debate sheets to slippers), responded with complete silence.

Critics have labelled her behaviour “harassment by micro-aggressions.” In a confined space like the BBN house, micro-aggressions quickly add up to what many call outright bullying. And while Faith has consistently tried to take the higher ground, Imisi’s silence and secret provocations tell another story.

Her fans, however, defend her actions, often spinning narratives of victimhood. But observers are asking the hard question: What if the tables were turned? If Faith was the one hiding Imisi’s belongings and mocking her indirectly, the outrage would be deafening.
