BBNaija 2026 Day 12 Live Updates: Gerard Confronts Kamsy, Goddessa Questions Nomy’s Friendship, Relationship Drama Intensifies
Day 12 in the Big Brother Naija 2026 Season 11 house kicked off with emotional conversations, relationship drama, and growing tensions between some of the housemates. Following the previous night’s Pool Party, Gerard confronted Kamsy over her interactions with Chimsom Chuka, while several other housemates opened up about relationships, trust, friendships, and life outside the house.
Here are all the major highlights from Big Brother Naija Day 12 Live Updates.
8:00 am: Gerard confronts Kamsy after the Pool Party
The housemates began the day with a morning yoga session before returning to the lounge.
Head of House Sheba instructed everyone to return their wager props to the storeroom before cleaning the house and preparing for the day.
Shortly after, Gerard sat down with Kamsy to discuss what happened during the Pool Party. He admitted that seeing her sitting on Chimsom Chuka’s shoulders made him uncomfortable.
Kamsy explained that she had only climbed onto Chimsom because she was struggling in the water and insisted there was nothing more to it.
Gerard clarified that his issue was never about dancing with other people but about crossing personal boundaries. He pointed to Araga and Goddessa as an example, saying they still respected each other despite interacting with other housemates.
Kamsy apologised, admitting alcohol affected her judgment, and Gerard accepted her apology as the two resolved their misunderstanding.
9:00 am: Gerard opens up about his trust issues
While several housemates returned to bed after breakfast, Gerard and Kamsy continued their conversation.
Gerard admitted that the disagreement was rooted in his personal trust issues rather than Kamsy’s actions alone. He explained that trust must be earned because of difficult experiences from his past.
Although he cares deeply about Kamsy and considers her an important friend, he confessed that his past experiences often make it difficult for him to trust people completely.
The conversation ended on a positive note as both agreed to move forward.
10:00 am: Bluethopia and Oyin criticise Tram
The housemates later gathered in the garden to relax.
Barry’s breakfast became the centre of attention as Chimsom Chuka, Sheba and Kamsy enjoyed the meal while discussing how quickly the house had finished its eggs.
Elsewhere, Goddessa questioned Araga about doubting her feelings, explaining that she did not appreciate him constantly questioning whether she genuinely liked him.
Meanwhile, Bluethopia and Oyin discussed Tram’s comments about none of the women in the house being his type.
Oyin described Tram as a clown, while Bluethopia admitted she likes him but believes he sometimes struggles to communicate properly with others.
11:00 am: Housemates discuss dating, money and relationships
Relationship conversations dominated the morning.
Abi shared stories about her husband and explained how he learned English after arriving in Nigeria.
Bluethopia revealed that she and her partner share Face ID access and live location with each other but deliberately avoid reading one another’s messages.
The male housemates also discussed their preferences in relationships.
Tram revealed that one of his former girlfriends owned a Mercedes Benz and often allowed him to drive it.
Yusuf admitted that most women he has dated are older than him. He added that he avoids dating whenever he is financially unstable because he understands what it feels like to struggle.
Meanwhile, Martins and Aikou reflected on difficult childhood memories, with Aikou recalling a frightening health scare that nearly claimed his life.
12:00 pm: Goddessa advises Temi Nkem about friendship with Nomy
Mercedes challenged Martins to another pool game before turning her attention to Aikou.
Elsewhere, Goddessa and Temi Nkem had a heartfelt discussion about friendships in the house.
Temi revealed that Nomy had ignored her after the previous day’s games and refused to hold her hand.
Goddessa encouraged Temi not to force friendships, explaining that people who genuinely value someone naturally make an effort to communicate.
She also disclosed that she has known Tram outside the house and insisted there could never be anything romantic between them.
Discussing house politics, Goddessa suggested that many housemates want Nomy evicted, yet she appears to be playing the game confidently like someone protected. She also questioned Nomy’s growing friendship with Abi.
1:00 pm: Temi Nkem and Keivo clear the air
Temi Nkem struggled with menstrual cramps, prompting Oyin to advise her to drink warm water.
Later, Temi and Keivo addressed a minor misunderstanding.
Temi explained she had simply been exhausted, while Keivo admitted he deliberately teased her because he wanted to see how she reacts when angry.
The conversation ended peacefully as the pair settled their differences.
Elsewhere, Tram revealed to Mercedes, Ricky and Sheba that he is Muslim.
2:00 pm: Cassi and Kamsy become the centre of relationship discussions
Relationship conversations continued throughout the afternoon.
Chimsom Chuka, Yusuf, Araga and Goddessa discussed how they recognise when someone is interested in them.
Mercedes questioned Cassi about choosing Nomy as his HoH Loft partner, asking whether he had feelings for her.
Tram immediately answered “yes” on Cassi’s behalf, but Cassi dismissed the speculation, saying housemates often make assumptions.
Elsewhere, Bells joked with Tram by asking to sit on him before teasing each other playfully.
The relationship conversation continued as Chimsom admitted Gerard appears more intentional about Kamsy, revealing he felt slightly jealous after seeing her wearing Gerard’s shirt.
Big Brother Naija Day 12 Highlights
Day 12 delivered another mix of emotional conversations, relationship tension and growing alliances. Gerard and Kamsy managed to resolve their disagreement, while Goddessa offered valuable advice to Temi Nkem about navigating friendships inside the house.
As the competition progresses, relationships continue to influence gameplay, with trust, loyalty and personal connections becoming increasingly important inside the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house.
