Yusuf Confirms His Feelings for Bells Are Real, But She Isn’t Convinced
A breakfast conversation turned into a relationship check in, with Yusuf pushing past friendship talk while Bells stayed guarded about where things could go.
Yusuf and Bells sat down for breakfast the morning after a cozy night together, and Yusuf used the moment to make his intentions clear. Although he had always publicly referred to Bells as just a friend, he told her directly that he really likes her, reinforcing what he had said the night before. Bells wasn’t fully convinced, brushing his words off as something said under the influence of drink.
Yusuf also used the conversation to clear up another rumor. After Oyin stopped him from dancing with Flora the previous night, he stated plainly that Flora is nothing more than a friend to him, putting any doubts about a separate connection to rest.
Later in the day, Bells opened up about the situationship during a self–care session with Abi. She admitted that while Yusuf claims he wants things to move beyond the just friends label, she isn’t ready for anything official and doesn’t see the connection evolving once the show ends. Still, by evening, the two seemed closer than ever, with Bells sitting on Yusuf’s lap while they talked about money and future plans, and Yusuf joking that if he wrote her character into a story, she would be a serial killer, bubbly on the surface but unpredictable underneath.
The connection hasn’t gone unnoticed by the rest of the house. Oyin later questioned whether Yusuf is a good match for Bells, calling him a red flag and a clout chaser, a warning Flora didn’t confirm or deny.
