Team Meal Upgraders Wins BBNaija Add Me Sponsored Task

The Add Me sponsored task split the BBNaija house into three teams, Meal Upgraders, Taste Boosters, and Flavour Builders, for a challenge built around cooking, speed, and presentation. The first round, called Addme Effect, paired a Maker who cooked with a Seeker who ran an obstacle course, with the two unable to communicate during the activity. Abi, Araga, and Barry took on Maker duties for their respective teams, and all three ended up preparing the same chicken flavor without realizing it.

Team Meal Upgraders took an early lead, scoring 15 points to the Taste Boosters’ ten and the Flavour Builders’ five. Sheba added a bonus 40 points to her team’s total after correctly guessing the soup flavor used in the challenge.

The second round, Final Upgrade Now, required each team to assemble two models, a stylist, and two cooks for a full presentation showcasing their food and styling knowledge. Meal Upgraders leaned on Bluethopia and Bells in the kitchen, Goddessa styling, and Oyin and Ricky modeling. When the scores were finalized, Team Meal Upgraders claimed the win with a total of 105 points.

The celebration came with a catch. Shortly after the task ended, Bluethopia told Oyin that Bells’ hair had ended up inside the cooking pot during the challenge, leaving her furious despite the win. She admitted she had never cooked under such messy conditions and voiced hope that Big Brother wouldn’t actually eat the dish. The moment added an awkward footnote to an otherwise strong showing for the winning team.
