Nomy and Temi Nkem Clash in Heated Verbal Fight During BBNaija Karaoke Night
What was meant to be a relaxed night of singing turned tense when insults started flying between the two housemates in front of the group.
The BBNaija house had just settled into a laid back karaoke night when tension unexpectedly erupted between Nomy and Temi Nkem. As Abi gathered everyone in the Main Lounge to read the brief for the evening’s ad hoc task, the two housemates got into a verbal fight, with Temi Nkem shouting and Nomy firing back with insults of her own.
The clash appeared to build on smaller frictions from earlier in the day. Nomy had mentioned to Tram that Sheba was giving a speech about people laughing at her, a comment that seemed to hint at lingering irritation following the Arena Games, where Nomy and Tram had laughed during Aikou’s turn while Temi Nkem’s friends celebrated her win moments later.
Despite the heated exchange, Abi pushed forward with the task, talking over the argument to read out the karaoke song list before directing the house toward the storeroom to collect snacks provided for the night. The karaoke itself carried on largely unaffected, with Gerard taking the mic first, followed by Bells and Chimsom Chuka, who had the whole house singing along with him. By the time the night wound down, Temi Nkem was seen dancing and shaking her hips whenever Nomy took her turn at the mic, a moment that suggested the earlier tension may have cooled, even if it wasn’t fully resolved.
