With the week three wager presentation fast approaching, the Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemates had little time to waste. Rehearsals intensified as the housemates battled tiredness, disagreements, food concerns and pressure to deliver a successful performance.

The day also brought emotional conversations, new Gambit missions and another sponsored task, with Sheba and Barry emerging as the winners of the Supa Komando challenge.

Here is everything that happened on Day 17 of Big Brother Naija 2026 Season 11.

8:00 am: Wager rehearsals take centre stage

After completing their morning dance workout, the housemates returned to the house, where HoH Neche gave them 10 minutes to get ready before returning to the lounge.

Neche reminded the housemates that this was their final day to fine tune their wager presentation. The housemates also worked on their chores, although Flora complained about being expected to handle kitchen duties.

Away from rehearsals, Araga prepared noodles for Goddessa, while Yusuf and Bells shared a bowl of noodles. Abi noticed their cosy moment and teased them about “playing love.”

The housemates eventually settled into rehearsal, with Sultex leading the preparations.

9:00 am: Sleep becomes the enemy

Sultex asked Bells to perform a split as part of the wager presentation, but she declined, explaining that she had a personal reason for not wanting to perform the move on stage.

Neche also became concerned about the number of housemates spending time in the kitchen while rehearsals were ongoing. She reminded everyone that time was running out.

Meanwhile, Araga massaged Goddessa’s ankle, leaving her in pain.

The long hours of preparation were beginning to take their toll. Cassi, Nomy and Temi Nkem were seen sleeping in the lounge during the rehearsals.

Tension also emerged between Tram and Abi after an interruption. Tram explained that he dislikes being interrupted when he is trying to express himself. Abi said she only stepped into the situation because she wanted to prevent another argument.

Keivo later joined the conversation and clarified that he was not trying to interfere with Tram’s role in the wager presentation.

10:00 am: Chimsom Chuka gives Tram some tough love

Araga and Goddessa revisited their disagreement from the previous day, with Goddessa joking that Araga had broken her heart.

Meanwhile, Chimsom Chuka spoke with Sultex about the tension surrounding the wager presentation.

The conversation touched on Tram’s frustration after Keivo asked to change his role. Chimsom Chuka advised Tram to embrace the competitive nature of the Big Brother Naija game.

He pointed out that some housemates quickly focus on what they cannot do whenever a task is announced, while others are willing to accept challenges.

Chimsom Chuka encouraged Tram to push himself and compete harder, while also acknowledging his strong performance during a previous challenge.

11:00 am: Keivo reacts to Martins and Mercedes’ eviction

Diary sessions began with Keivo reflecting on the previous week’s double eviction.

Keivo said Martins’ eviction did not surprise him because he felt Martins was too soft for the competition, although he acknowledged that Martins showed more of himself during his second week in the house.

Mercedes’ eviction, however, came as a surprise to him. Keivo admitted that he expected her to remain in the game longer.

Sheba also used her diary session to discuss Chimsom Chuka. She admitted that it was difficult to understand exactly what game he was playing and maintained that she deserved to be named Most Influential Player of the Week.

Sheba also said she had no regrets about saving Chimsom Chuka when she was Head of House, explaining that he was her strongest ally at the time.

12:00 pm: Flora calls out the kitchen crew

Flora was unhappy with the state of the kitchen after some housemates cooked without cleaning the stovetop.

She expressed her frustration and threatened to report the situation to HoH Neche if it was not resolved.

Ricky also entered the diary room and revealed that he did not want Chimsom Chuka to win the latest Head of House challenge.

According to Ricky, Chimsom Chuka could be annoying and sometimes behaves as though he is better than everyone else.

Ricky also discussed his deteriorating relationship with Nomy. He admitted that she gets on his nerves and reflected on how their relationship had changed since they entered the Big Brother Naija house together.

1:00 pm: Oyin opens her black book

Oyin reflected on her previous altercation with Mercedes during her diary session.

She admitted that they never had the opportunity to properly discuss their issues before Mercedes was evicted. Oyin said she would have asked Mercedes why she had been provocative if they had spoken.

She also admitted that she was not particularly sad about Mercedes’ departure because they were not close.

Oyin then began listing housemates whose behaviour had rubbed her the wrong way.

She criticised Bluethopia for what she described as insulting people under the guise of making jokes. She also questioned Chimsom Chuka’s personality, saying she did not believe he was genuinely nice.

Oyin also made a humorous request to Biggie concerning the house’s food situation. After losing their wager the previous week, she pleaded with Biggie to add fish to their eggs.

Araga later entered the diary room and revealed that he suspected Cassi could be the Gambit because Cassi gives him a strange feeling.

2:00 pm: Temi Nkem gets emotional over Keivo

Temi Nkem’s diary session became one of the emotional highlights of BBNaija 2026 Day 17.

She told Biggie that she wanted to develop stronger friendships with Flora, Barry, Bluethopia and Neche. She also admitted that the ongoing food rationing was beginning to frustrate her.

Temi Nkem then discussed her situation with Nomy before turning her attention to Keivo.

She admitted that she was no longer certain about where their relationship was heading. Although she appreciated the thoughtful things Keivo does for her, including cooking and making her bed, she said she wanted something deeper.

Temi Nkem explained that she wanted someone she could have meaningful conversations with.

She eventually admitted that she might no longer want to pursue the relationship with Keivo.

After leaving the diary room, Temi Nkem became emotional and broke down in tears. Araga and Goddessa comforted her, with Goddessa encouraging her to remain true to herself.

3:00 pm: Aikou receives a new Gambit mission

HoH Neche became frustrated when Araga, Goddessa and Temi Nkem went upstairs for a private conversation while the rest of the housemates continued with their wager rehearsals.

Neche questioned why all three of them needed to leave the rehearsal at the same time.

Aikou later entered the diary room, where Biggie gave him his next Gambit mission.

His task was to make a housemate question the strength of their friendship or relationship with another housemate.

Aikou has the entire week to complete the secret mission without being exposed.

4:00 pm: Flora completes her first Gambit mission

Flora revealed that she had successfully completed her first Gambit mission.

She secretly hid wrappers around the house, including wrappers belonging to herself and Temi Nkem.

Biggie asked whether she had told anyone about the mission. Flora explained that she had asked questions about the wrappers to gather information without revealing what she was actually doing.

Biggie then gave Flora another secret mission.

This time, she must secretly hide every housemate’s favourite item of clothing.

Flora admitted that she was struggling to enjoy her experience as a Gambit. She said she does not consider herself a troublemaker and worried that the other housemates might eventually dislike her because of the things she has to do.

5:00 pm: Wager preparations continue

Following the diary sessions, the housemates returned to their wager rehearsals.

HoH Neche later gathered everyone in the lounge to read a brief for a Supa Komando sponsored task.

The housemates received branded outfits and prepared to compete in the Arena.

6:00 pm: Supa Komando task begins

Biggie welcomed the housemates into the Arena and explained the rules of the “Lock In, Fire On” challenge.

The housemates competed individually, with the goal of becoming the Supa Komando Man and Woman.

The first round featured an obstacle course. Only the five fastest male and five fastest female housemates would qualify for the next stage.

7:00 pm: Top five male and female housemates emerge

The fastest five female housemates were Abi, Flora, Neche, Bluethopia and Sheba.

On the men’s side, Yusuf, Barry, Sultex, Cassi and Chimsom Chuka recorded the fastest times.

Araga and Gerard were also quick but missed a step during the first challenge, which cost them a place among the top five male qualifiers.

8:00 pm: Flora, Sheba, Barry and Chimsom Chuka reach the final

Keivo was given another opportunity to compete in the second round.

The housemates then faced the “I am locked in and ready to Fire on” stage, which featured three different courses.

After a re battle following ties involving Neche, Sheba and Bluethopia among the women, and Cassi, Chimsom Chuka and Keivo among the men, Flora, Sheba, Barry and Chimsom Chuka emerged as the final four competitors.

9:00 pm: Sheba and Barry win Supa Komando titles

The final challenge required the remaining housemates to solve a puzzle.

Sheba and Barry were the fastest to complete the challenge successfully, earning the titles of Ultimate Supa Komando Woman and Ultimate Supa Komando Man.

Their victory added another major highlight to Big Brother Naija Season 11 as the housemates continued their preparations for the wager presentation.

10:00 pm: Araga asks Yusuf to set boundaries with Goddessa

After the Supa Komando challenge, the housemates discussed the day’s events.

Araga later spoke with Yusuf about his growing closeness with Goddessa. Because of his relationship with Goddessa, Araga politely asked Yusuf to reduce his interactions with her.

Yusuf agreed to respect Araga’s wishes because of their friendship.

Goddessa, however, was unhappy with Araga’s decision to approach Yusuf.

Speaking with Temi Nkem and Sheba, she expressed frustration over what she described as Araga’s jealous behaviour. Goddessa said she did not like feeling restricted from forming connections with other housemates.

11:00 pm: Wager rehearsals continue

With the BBNaija 2026 Week 3 wager task scheduled for the following day, the housemates returned to rehearsals.

After losing their previous wager, the Show Ya Sef housemates know they cannot afford another poor performance.

With fatigue setting in and tensions rising, the pressure is now on Neche and the rest of the housemates to deliver a coordinated performance and secure their first wager win.
