BBNaija 2026 Week 6 Eviction Show: Gerard Evicted as Ebuka Grills House Over Loyalty and Conflict

A bow, a twist on MIPOW, and pointed questions about Sheba and Tram's fallout made for one of the season's most revealing eviction nights.

BBNaija’s sixth Live Show brought another eviction, another twist, and another round of pointed questions from Ebuka that left several housemates on the back foot. By the end of the night, Gerard had become the eighth housemate to leave the Show Ya Sef house.

Ebuka opened his house crossing with HoH Abi, asking why she seemed unhappy despite the house securing its wager win. Abi explained her disappointment stemmed from styling several housemates during the presentation, only to see the recognition go to Nomy and others instead, though she maintained the overall win still counted as a personal victory.

Gerard faced a more searching question, with Ebuka pointing out that after six weeks, it remained difficult to pin down exactly what he stood for in the house. Gerard responded that he doesn’t believe someone else’s conflict automatically becomes his own, adding that he prefers to choose his battles carefully, though he conceded it might be a habit worth examining.

Oyin pushed back when Ebuka suggested she struggles to receive the same energy she often dishes out, insisting her reactions come from feeling targeted rather than an inability to handle criticism. Aikou, meanwhile, admitted the mystery surrounding his fellow housemates has started to fade, saying people keep revealing sides of themselves he has already witnessed, leaving him with less curiosity to uncover anything new.

The night’s most pointed exchange came when Ebuka turned to Sheba and Tram’s ongoing fallout. Sheba accused Tram of being too scared to confront her directly, questioning why he had so much to say about her behind her back but little to say to her face. Tram framed his issue as one of loyalty, explaining that Sheba knew he would always have her back and had proven it repeatedly, but a series of small incidents had accumulated over time and ultimately changed how he saw their relationship.

Barry was named the Most Influential Player of the Week, though Biggie added a twist that broke from precedent. For the first time this season, the MIPOW title came without immunity from eviction. Barry still walked away with BB Bucks and a shot at the BetPawa Elite Reward, spinning the wheel to win an air fryer, a prize that suited his reputation as one of the house’s most dedicated cooks.

Gerard’s eviction followed shortly after, and he took the news in stride, showing little visible shock when his name was called. After hugging his fellow housemates, he offered a theatrical bow before exiting Biggie’s house for good.

Before closing the show, Ebuka addressed a pattern he had noticed building across recent weeks, housemates dragging family members into their disputes. He reminded the group that their relatives have no part in the game and warned against pulling them into conflicts going forward. With Gerard gone and tensions between key housemates still unresolved, the Show Ya Sef house heads into another week with its dynamics more fractured than ever.
