Team Smooth Wins BBNaija 2026 Guinness Sponsored Task
A slow start turned into a decisive victory as Team Smooth pulled ahead in the Ultimate Hunt challenge to seal the win.
The Guinness sponsored task returned to the BBNaija house for the second time this season, splitting housemates into Team Ruby Red and Team Smooth through a lucky dip overseen by HoH Tram. The competition opened with the Toss Challenge, where Keivo and Ricky represented Ruby Red against Sheba and Chimsom Chuka for Smooth, with Team Smooth taking an early lead, 120 points to 70.
Ruby Red answered back in Game 2, Fortune Quest, a live action twist on Snakes and Ladders that saw Aikou and Flora edge out Bells and Temi Nkem, narrowing the gap with a 100 to 90 score. The turning point came in Game 3, the Ultimate Hunt, which required three players per team working through a Twister board, a riddle, and a hidden object search. Ruby Red’s effort fell apart when Barry ran out of time searching for hidden crown corks, and the team chose not to attempt a retry. Team Smooth, by contrast, executed cleanly, with Tram successfully tracking down the hidden corks after Abi and Bluethopia set up the round, and the team surged to a massive 321 points.
The final round, The Perfect Pour, tested precision as Keivo and Araga each attempted the brand’s signature 45 degree pour, but by that point, Team Smooth’s lead was insurmountable. The win gave HoH Tram and his teammates a rare moment of unity after a day that had otherwise been defined by conflict and division across the house.
