Following the BBtitans Week 3 Head of House game won by Kaniva (Kanaga Jnr and Bue Aiva), the housemates were called into the diary room individually to nominate two paired housemates each they want to evict from the Big Brother Titans house during the Week 3 live eviction show on Sunday February 5, 2023. Following the nomination process, the Head of house winner Kaniva (Kanaga Jnr and Blue Aiva) were called upon to use their veto power to save a housemate pair and replace with another. The saved Yelisa (Yemi Cregs and Nelisa) and replaced them with Maya (Marvin and Yaya).
