I Would’ve Paid Boys to Beat – Cee C tells Alex

The root cause of the tension and confrontation among the Big Brother Naija All Stars housemates was Ceec’s reaction and opposition to Alex’s wager task script. The incident occurred when the Head of House, Adekunle, gathered everyone in the lounge to present Alex’s second variation of their wager task script, as instructed by Biggie.

Alex, who had worked tirelessly on the script, felt unappreciated by the housemates, especially Ceec, Uriel, and Angel, who had raised objections to her initial version. Alex expressed her frustration, explaining that she had dedicated many hours to crafting the script and had even lost sleep the night before to perfect it. She was not keen on directing the play and had no interest in acting. However, if they were to proceed, she demanded that all the housemates who had previously offered suggestions, especially Ceec, Uriel, and Angel, actively participate in every aspect of the play to prevent further objections. She emphasized the importance of teamwork and cooperation during tasks, stating that everyone should contribute instead of just relying on others to do the work.

Ceec and Uriel defended themselves, with Uriel clarifying that she had only expressed her thoughts and didn’t intend to discredit Alexs efforts. Ceec interjected, claiming that they had gathered to discuss the concept and had even praised Alex’s work. Alex countered by saying that there had been no offer of help, only criticism, which ultimately led to her outburst.

To restore order in the house, Pere and Venita intervened, trying to mediate the situation and eventually moving forward with the wager task presentation. Despite the disagreements, the housemates managed to come together and fulfill the task as required.
