How to vote on Ultimate Love via the MyDStv or GOtv App Season 1 2020

Ultimate Love voting takes place on Mobile, Web, SMS, the MyDStv app (DStv subscribers) and MyGOtv App (GOtv subscribers), only. Voting on the MyDStv and MyGOtv App is open to active Nigerian subscribers only.

Ultimate Love voting takes place after the couples save live show and is open to registered voters and via SMS (Nigeria only). Participating networks: 9Mobile, Airtel & MTN.

To be eligible to vote for your favourite couple(s), you’ll need to register on the Ultimate Love web and mobi site and in the MyDStv app or GOtv app if you are a subscriber.

Please note: Customers will receive only 100 additional votes in either the GoTv or DStv apps. They will not receive 100 votes in each app i.e. should a customer have both subscriptions, they will still only receive 100 additional votes.

How to vote via the MyDStv or GOtv App (subscribers only):

Get an additional 100 votes with the MyDStv or MyGOtv App

Download the MyDStv or MyGOtv App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store
No registration is required; log into the app selecting Nigeria; your surname or mobile number and your smartcard number
Once you’ve logged into your MyDStv or MyGOtv app account page, look for the “Vote Now” button
You must be an active Nigerian DStv or GOtv subscriber to receive your 100 free app votes
Click on “Vote Now” follow the instructions to cast your vote

How to register on the My DStv or GOtv App (subscribers only):

You can register to vote by clicking on the vote now button inside the MyDStv or GOtv App

Click on Register and enter your name, surname, year of birth, gender, cell phone number in the international format e.g. +234731234567, location and your preferred password
You will receive an OTP (One Time Pin) via SMS.
Enter your OTP
Once registered, you will be able to vote after the show

How to vote on the My DStv or GOtv App if you’re a registered voter:

You may vote for your favourite couple by clicking on the vote now button inside the MyDStv or GOtv App

Click on Sign in and enter your cell phone number in the international format e.g. +234731234567.
Enter your chosen password
Select your favourite couple.
Enter your number of votes and cast your vote by clicking VOTE.

Votes on the MyDstv App are limited to 100 votes per user.

MyDStv and GOtv App votes are free

Ultimate Love Voting Limits & Cost

Each user may cast 100 votes per voting platform per vote round i.e.:

Web – 100 votes
Mobi site – 100 votes
SMS – 100 votes (Nigeria only). (Participating networks: 9Mobile, Airtel & MTN))
MyDStv app or MyGOtv app – 100 votes (active Nigerian subscribers only)

Network data costs will apply for the use of the internet on web and mobile

Costs are N30 per SMS
